My great day off!

Today was so much fun! I went with Gary (who also had the day off) to the Grand Floridian and the Polynesian resorts to lie by the pool and the beach! It was beautiful! We then went to Epcot, went on some rides and had dinner in Japan!! Here are pics from the beaches at the Floridian and Cinderella's Carriage which was being used for a wedding that day!

We rented a boat at the Marina to cruise around the lake. It was great and I got to drive! I was also able to take some nice pictures of the resorts from the water. We then took the monarail to Epcot and sat in the front! Today was one of those days I really felt like I was on Vacation, not just living here!

Japan Teppanaki

Dinner in Japan was awesome! It was like Kobe's where they Teppanaki chefs cook the food infront of you, but with a Disney twist. I had the chicken and prawns and was so full after. So far I have ate at 3 of the restaurants in the World Showcase... Le Cellier in Canada, Rose & Crown in the UK, and now Mitsokoshi in Japan!!! My plan is to try them all, and I guess I have a year...
