Run on the beach

This morning I ran down Kehei road to Surfers Cove and to this other secluded beach. So many people are out running and jogging so early. I took these pctures while on my journey!

Today was a day of going to the beach, to the pool, and then back to the beach. It is so nice and sunny... Maui is paradise! I love the birds and flowers everywhere.

After what felt like a whole day of travelling, we finally arrived in Maui. We had to stopover in Oahu and our flight took extra long because of wind conditions. Our condo is great though, right by the beach and lots of space. This picture is of Haleakala mountains from the air while flying over Maui.

Here is me and my cousin, it is his 1st Christmas, we had alot of fun seeing him open his gifts, well mostly just look in awe at his presents while we all helped rip them open. Soo cute!!!!! 

Christmas Eve!!

Well it is 12:30 am and officially Christmas Eve. I am about to go to bed...Tonight I relaxed at home, started packing for Hawaii and made chocolate truffles for Christmas day. Later my mom and I watched "Miracle on 34th Street" I love this movie soooo much! It is so sweet and lighthearted and very Christmassy!

yay! Ola and I got to see Kelsey, as well as a lot of other people we hadnt seen in a while. Alot of the guys grew mustaches just for this annual event. It was funnY! 

HIGH SPIRITS!!

I am really happy right now! Not only because it is Christmas time, and because I am going to Hawaii in 6 days, but because I just am just in good spirits! Today at work, I was so happy to be there that I volunteered to work the dinner shift as well as lunch. They needed an extra person, so I was like "Ill do it" and I ended up staying there all day.

Kelsey gets home today! And Chloe got home last night!! There is so little time left and I am trying to see all my friends before I leave. Today I saw Elyse!

Last night Ola and I went to a fundraiser at Standard, we ran into Griffin, Jameison and those guys. It was alot of fun. This morning we couldn't find any food in Ola's fridge so we went to this donair place by her house, Ola loves donairs but im not sure why...

Today I was tired and lazy! I got called into work tonight but chose to stay home, ordered pizza and watched movies. I needed a day like this!! Tommarrow I will be sure to go to the gym. Today I was just way too lazy!!

After a buffet breakfast, we headed down to the outdoor pool and hot tub. It was so cold outside, that we had to walk on ice in order to get to the hot tub. Stepping in actually hurt alot. The view was beautiful!!

After the dinner at the hotel some of us went downtown, it was lots of fun! The best part is.... Look who I saw... Sabrine!!! Not a huge surprise, shes always down there. haha

Christmas Wrapping!

Yay! Tonight I finished almost all of my Christmas wrapping. It feels so good to be done school, done x-mas shopping, and done wrapping presents. I really like wrapping presents, doing Christmas cards and baking. I think I might offer to wrap my moms presents for her. I will charge a small fee per package... Just kidding.

Tommorrow night is Chris' work Christmas party at the Pan Pacific. It is dinner, dancing, and after everyone is staying over at the hotel. I am going to wear the gold and white dress I bought this summer in Portland, with my gold shoes and gold purse. I have been waiting to wear this dress for 4 months. How exciting!!

The Grinch

Tonight I relaxed and drank hot chocolate and watched Christmas specials on TV. The Grinch who stole Christmas is one of my favorites! The house feels so cozy right now with the fire place on and the tree decorated. Tommorrow is my last exam at school, so I am doing a bit of studying as well. Only 13 days left til Christmas!!! and only 14 days left til I leave for Hawaii!! yay!

Christmas Baking!

All day today I did Christmas baking! In the morning I picked up some groceries and did some Christmas Shopping (just about done!). I am so proud of myself, I feel like a little Martha Stewart. Then I made little gifts for Christmas out of the fudge with cellophane and ribbon. I got a couple of the recipes from the newest issue of Martha Stewart Living! Here is what I made....

My brother turned 9 years old on Saturday. One of his presents was this Interactive R2-D2 Robot! It moves around and makes funny noises and follows directions. If you mention Darth Vader, it gets sad and runs away! kinda funny I thought!
