My favorite thing about Thanksgiving (besides spending time with my family of course!) is Pumpkin Pie!! I AM GOING TO BAKE PUMPKIN PIE THIS YEAR AND IMPRESS MY WHOLE FAMILY!! I found a great recipe that uses melted ice cream instead of evaporated milk!

Kansas Football

Jonny has scored 6 touchdowns in the last 4 games!! I am very proud of him, yes I am!

Last night we all went to the Washington Avenue Grill on the beach for Martini Night! 

Or I would like to be here. I love places where you can swim into caves and go down waterslides, and explore!! I think this pic is of some resort in Thailand somewhere. Someday I shall visit it!

I am in class right now, I have been at school for 6 hours today and I cannot stand it anymore!! I had to park on the street today and walk in the rain without a jacket or an umbrella. My shoes, hair, and my clothes were soaked. I am looking out the window right now at all the rain and hoping that I haven't got a parking ticket!! I wish I was lying on a beach right now, under the warm sun! It's a good thing that Melinee parked underground so she can give me a ride to mY car that is parked so so far away!!

Chocolate Fondue

Last week I tried to make Chocolate fondue, by simply melting chocolate bars over the candle in the fodue bowl. Now I know the reason it went hard and started to burn is because I missed some ingredients!!
Here is the real recipe!! (I now know)

Assorted Fruits
1 & 1/2 Tsp. Butter or Margarine
1 & 1/2 C. Miniature Marshmallows
8 - 1 oz. Milk Chocolate Candy Bars
3 Tbsp. Milk
1/2 C. Whipping Cream

Prepare small crockpot by coating with butter or margarine. Place candy bars, milk and marshmallows in crock. Cover and cook on low, stirring every thirty minutes, until melted and smooth. Gradually add whipping cream. Cover and keep warm until ready to serve. Keeps well for up to six hours. Slice Pound Cakes and fruit. Serve.

OC OBSESSION

Tonight I went to Lisa's parents house for a BIG greek dinner. Lots of fun! I also let Quentin play around with my laptop and he fixed it all up for me, so now it's all nice and pretty!! The guys want to go to the OB but I think that I want to stay home and watch movies! I guess we'll see...

I think this is totally inacurate, but I came across it by mistake while searching for a special mathematical calculator online. It's kinda funny! Try it, all you do is type in your name, and the name of the one you love.

Melanie - doing it right!

Everyday, Melanie brings animal crackers to class. I never realized how good they were. Once you eat one, you can't stop!! She must buy the costco pack because she has them everyday!! I feel like one of those kids in grade 2 who never brings her own lunch!! haha

Canucks game!

Chris took me to the pre-season opener Canucks Game at GM place on Friday. We spent most of the game at his friend's box. Unfortunately we lost 5-4 after the shootout.
